Common questions

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Me › Delete account. This removes your account, saved looks, photos, polls and subscription record from our systems. You can also email privacy@getdripd.app. Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store subscription; cancel that in Settings › your name › Subscriptions first.

How do I cancel or change my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple: Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Drip’d. To get back a plan you already bought on a new device, open Me › Plan and tap Restore purchases.

What do I get for free?

The Free plan includes 3 looks a day, with no ads and no watermark, and you can try it without an account. Standard (50 looks a month) and Max (150 looks a month) are monthly subscriptions.

A piece shows as in stock, but the store says it's sold out.

We refresh prices and stock every day, but stores can sell out in between, so the store's page always has the final word. Swap the piece in the app for another option, or try Similar for less.

The preview didn't load, or the person doesn't look like me.

Your outfit, prices and links are ready even while the preview loads. For a preview on your own photo, use a clear, well-lit photo of you standing, full length, with your whole body in frame. If it keeps failing, email us the time it happened.

Are there ads?

No. Drip’d shows no ads on any plan.

What happens to my photo?

See the Privacy Notice. In short: adding your photo is optional, the app asks for your consent first, your photo is sent to our servers and to the service providers named there only to make your preview, and you can delete it and your account at any time.
